Mandate
To develop and oversee gender, inclusivity and workplace wellness policies across the Ministry.
Key functions
- Develop and oversee gender, inclusivity and workplace wellness policies.
- Provide technical support and capacity building on inclusivity and wellness.
- Ensure Ministry facilities and services are accessible and inclusive.
- Promote disability-inclusive programming and employee wellness.
- Monitor implementation of gender, inclusivity and wellness interventions.
