Mandate
To plan, manage and execute the Ministry’s procurement in accordance with the PPDPA Act.
Key functions
- Plan, manage and execute procurement in accordance with the PPDPA Act.
- Prepare bidding documents, oversee bid evaluation and recommend awards.
- Manage contracts across the Ministry.
- Provide procurement advisory services and enforce compliance.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports.
