Mandate
To lead policy development, strategic planning and the monitoring and evaluation of Ministry performance.
Key functions
- Lead policy development and strategic planning for the Ministry.
- Coordinate monitoring and evaluation of Ministry performance.
- Analyse and synthesise Ministry performance reports to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Oversee development of integrated plans and M&E systems.
- Coordinate international cooperation on planning and policy development.
